This page is about this website: what we measure, what happens to anything you send, and who to ask about it.
What this site measures
We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets no cookies, it cannot follow you to other websites, and it never tells us who you are — only that a visit happened.
Our hosting platform, Cloudflare, injects a measurement script of its own into every page. This site’s Content-Security-Policy refuses to load it, so it never runs and never collects anything. We name it here anyway, because it is injected rather than absent — and if that ever changes, it gets named here on the same day.
Ordering and reservations
This site takes no orders and no payments. Ordering and delivery links hand you to third-party systems with their own privacy rules. We never receive or store anything you type there.
Asking us about your information
Call and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form to fill in.
